Apple announced its latest version of mobile operating system iOS 11 at its developer conference for years. Apple is making the iPad’s dock similar to the Mac’s by letting users add many more apps to it. This final version won’t be available until September 2017. “There’s a big focus on technologies with iOS 11, but also new features,” Apple SVP of Software Engineering Craig Federighi pointed out.
Let’s talk about new features in iOS 11. The iPad is getting some special attention with iOS 11 due to its dock replacement by letting users add many more apps to it. One of the new feature in iOS is drag and drop. Finally its iPad is getting different from iPhone and no clue on which iPad will be compatible with this new dock update.
Messages will be synced across all your devices through iCloud. With all the payments authenticated with touch id, Apple Pay is now able to send money to others through iMessage. Siri is one of the big new updates in iOS. It gets automatic translation native to its voice interface, which was a missing in previous versions. iOS 11 brings better picture quality, better low light performance and some new effects. Airplay is getting a major update. Now you can connect multiple speakers using Wi-Fi and control multiple speakers using your iOS device.
